What to include
A clear subject line and a single, specific request gets you the fastest reply. When you email us, please include:
- Corrections: the page URL, the exact text or stat that's wrong, what it should be, and a primary source we can verify (a school athletics page, NCAA release or AVCA poll).
- Schedule updates: the team, the match date, what changed (time, venue, TV network), and the school's announcement link.
- Media requests: outlet name, deadline, the topic you're working on, and whether you need quotes, data or a screenshot.
- Partnerships: a short pitch and a link to your site or company. We do not run paid placements inside editorial.
Response time
Most messages receive a reply within two business days. Corrections during the season (August through December) are typically pushed live within 24 hours of verification. During the postseason and the NCAA Tournament window we monitor inboxes daily.
What we can't help with
- Tickets and seating: contact the school's athletic department or ticket office directly. We don't sell or transfer tickets.
- Recruiting: contact the program's coaching staff. We don't pass messages to coaches or players.
- Player or coach contact details: we don't share private contact information.
- Streaming subscription issues: contact ESPN+, Peacock, BTN+ or the relevant network's support team.
