By accessing or using volleyballschedule.us ("VolleyTrack", "we", "us") you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please stop using the site. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after a change means you accept the revised terms.
Who can use VolleyTrack
VolleyTrack is intended for users 13 and over. By using the site you represent that you are at least 13 years old (or have a parent or guardian's permission) and that you'll use the site in compliance with all applicable laws.
Use of content
Content on VolleyTrack — including articles, schedules, rankings, graphics and the site design — is provided for personal, non-commercial use. You may:
- Share links to any public page
- Quote short excerpts (up to ~50 words) with attribution and a link back
- Print pages for personal reference (such as a printed schedule)
You may not:
- Republish full articles, schedules or datasets without written permission
- Scrape, mirror, or systematically copy the site or any portion of it
- Use VolleyTrack content to train machine-learning or AI models without written permission
- Strip attribution, alter author credit, or present our content as your own
- Embed our pages in a frame or iframe that obscures the source
User-submitted content
If you submit content to the site (votes, tips, feedback) you grant VolleyTrack a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display and adapt that content in connection with operating the site. Don't submit anything that infringes someone else's rights or that you wouldn't want made public.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site or its infrastructure
- Use automated tools, bots or scripts to access the site at a rate that disrupts service
- Submit malicious code, malware or attempt to interfere with other users
- Manipulate fan voting (ballot stuffing, fake votes, vote selling)
- Use the site for any unlawful purpose
No warranty
Schedules, scores, rosters and rankings are provided "as is" and "as available." We aim for accuracy but cannot guarantee that every detail is current at every moment. Schedules in particular change frequently — match times, venues and TV networks are updated by schools and networks throughout the season. Always confirm tip-off details with the official school athletic department before traveling to a match.
Third-party links
VolleyTrack contains links to third-party sites (schools, networks, retailers). We're not responsible for the content, accuracy, privacy practices or availability of those sites. Linking does not imply endorsement.
Trademarks
Team names, logos, conference marks and other trademarks belong to their respective universities, conferences, the NCAA, the AVCA and other rights-holders. Their use on VolleyTrack is for identification, news reporting and editorial commentary only, and does not imply endorsement, affiliation or sponsorship.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VolleyTrack and its editors are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site — including missed matches, incorrect schedule data, travel costs or any other loss.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold VolleyTrack harmless from any claim arising from your misuse of the site or violation of these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any dispute will be resolved in the federal or state courts located in the United States.
